Prototyping Services
Prototyping plays a critical role throughout product design and development, ensuring innovative ideas evolve into tangible, practical and marketready products. Our highlyskilled team specializes in a wide range of prototyping services, ranging from earlystage concept models and appearance mockups to fully functional prototypes. Supported by inhouse workshop facilities, we can build and test early functional models quickly and costeffectively. This allows you to validate key concepts before committing substantial time and budget to further product development. Whether you require proofofconcept samples, engineering prototypes or preproduction samples, our prototyping services deliver tailored solutions aligned with your project goals. Backed by decadeslong industry experience, we produce accurate, practical prototypes to mitigate risks and accelerate your timetomarket.

Enhanced UserCentered Design
Our prototyping services enable genuine usercentered product development. Drawing on extensive experience in organizing focus groups, gathering buyer feedback and facilitating user evaluations, we help test your prototypes among target audiences. This empowers our senior team to continuously refine designs based on realworld insights. The outcome is more intuitive, userfriendly products aligned with customer expectations, helping you achieve better market adoption and higher enduser satisfaction.
Accelerated TimetoMarket
Our prototyping services help shorten your timetomarket by focusing on what matters most: delivering viable, testable products to endusers rapidly. We have firsthand experience bringing our own products to market, so we fully understand the value of a practical MVP (Minimum Viable Product) approach. By eliminating unnecessary complexity, we enable you to move faster, cut costs and seize market opportunities ahead of your competitors.

3D printing
3D printing and CNC engraving machines can meet the needs for rapid prototyping and validation as well as mass production.

Metal 3D Printing
Direct Metal Laser Melting (DMLM) uses a highpower fiber laser to selectively fuse atomized metal powder, producing fullydense, highprecision metal parts with complex geometries.

Stereolithography (SLA)
Stereolithography (SLA) employs a highprecision UV laser to selectively cure liquid thermosetting resin layer by layer. Hundreds of ultrathin layers are solidified sequentially to form highresolution finished parts.

Selective Laser Sintering (SLS)
Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) uses highpower fiber laser to selectively melt and fuse stainlesssteel powder. Metal parts with full functions are built layer upon layer.

MultiJet Fusion (MJF)
Digital Light Processing (DLP) uses a UV projector to cure an entire layer of photopolymer resin in one exposure. It enables fast production of models with excellent surface finish and fine details.

PolyJet
Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) feeds thermoplastic material through a heated extrusion nozzle. Material is deposited along programmed paths, building durable prototypes and enduse parts layerbylayer.

Advanced Photopolymers
If your design requires superior environmental resistance and mechanical performance beyond standard FDM, explore our industrialgrade PEEK material portfolio, supported by HighSpeed Sintering (HSS) technology.
