Smart alarm
This smart personal safety alarm is designed specifically for vulnerable groups such as women and children. It features a specially designed thin copper sheet buzzer that produces a loud alarm sound to quickly attract attention. The SOS one-button emergency function activates a 30-second recording, providing valuable evidence for the police. The combination of software and hardware increases the chances of a successful rescue.
The client commissioned Dotzeno for the casing structure design and manufacturing: the main material used is ABS+TPE injection molding, which offers a soft feel, a variety of colors, and a compact size, making it ideal for women and children to carry.
ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING EQUIPMENT
Air quality detector
We helped the client streamline their product strategy, determining a stylish and minimalist home-friendly design for the air quality monitor. The display features a floating design that cleverly integrates with the air outlet channel. LED ambient lighting is embedded in the back of the display module, enhancing the product’s quality and technological feel. Furthermore, we reorganized and streamlined the operating logic from the user’s perspective, resulting in a revamped UI.
Dotzeno designed and manufactured the outer shell structure: the main body material is ABS with a matte injection molded surface, and the overall shape is very suitable for home placement.
MEASURING INSTRUMENTS
Portable gas meter
The client is from Kenya, where bottled gas is used. They envision developing a portable, metering, and remotely controlled device.
Dotzeno has designed and developed the shell structure, and the metering system utilizes a Roots secondary wheel. The product design is complete, and we are currently awaiting the customer’s next steps.

This product was designed, developed, and manufactured under a client’s commission. The main body is made of safe and lightweight PP injection molding. Its functionality is achieved through a reliable, purely mechanical structure, enabling adjustable, quantitative, and automatic feeding to meet the needs of cat lovers who want to care for their feline companions.

Intelligent disinfection machine
This intelligent sterilizer combines storage and sterilization in one product, specially designed for kitchen knives, forks, and spoons. It features built-in ultraviolet sterilization, a timer function, and can be placed anywhere for instant sterilization! Making our lives healthier and safer!
The client commissioned Dotzeno to design and manufacture the entire machine: the main body is made of ABS injection molded matte finish, with an LED display screen and control buttons, and the storage box is removable for easy cleaning.

Beauty sotrage box
Our client, a woman from South Korea, requested the development of a storage box because she believes many women own a lot of cosmetics. Based on her ideas and a survey of common women’s makeup habits, we created this very simple and easy-to-use storage box.
The main body is made of PP with a frosted finish. It categorizes and stores rings, earrings, necklaces, etc., and the lid allows for quick and easy access to specific items, satisfying the convenience needs of most women.
